PEA were commissioned to manufacture the windows for a multi-million-pound business centre and innovation hub in Goole with their client Chemplas. The Rail, accelerator and innovation solutions hub for Enterprise (RaisE) will provide 3,200 square metres of commercial floor space made up of grade-A office and workshop accommodation, much-needed high quality conferencing facilities, and a welcoming communal café hub that will act as a focal point for the business park.
One of our largest projects showcasing our fenestration skills, and our business flexibility. Our responsive work management has allowed PE-A to take on more large projects. Working in conjunction with Cover Structure, we delivered this project on time and within a tight programme schedule.
We partnered up with UK Aluminium to complete this complex but striking façade. Its curved appearance has gained plaudits from the club’s members and the local community.
Collaborating with Granada Architectural Glazing for this landmark refurbishment scheme. The process involved refurbishing an old engineering plant into a teaching facility. We assisted with the fabrication and supply of arched head screens and triangular gables, replacing the old-style windows.
Once an icon of the dance and rave culture of the 1980s, this iconic building in the city centre sadly burnt down in 2007. We combined with City Estates and JP Mooney to breathe new life into the building as student accommodation, epitomising its roots.
From the initial design assistance, right through to completion. In partnership with UK Aluminium, we created a project that’s eye-catching and standout on a main arterial road through Bradford.
